Apology of Dr Michael Ashenden An article published by The Age on 23 February 2013 reported a statement by me in regard to the conduct of Mark French at the AIS. I acknowledge that there was no factual basis for my statement and I sincerely and unreservedly apologise to Mark French for any hurt or embarrassment suffered as a consequence of the publication of my statement.
